Cancellation Policy
- We ship your order on the 2nd day after we receive it.
- If you can wish a cancel your order, you must inform us within 2 days after receiving the order.
Replacement Policy
After receiving the parcel from us, if the item sent is descriptive or if you need a replacement for any other reason, you must inform us within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
- There are Replacement Policy for Statuette, Photo Frame, T-shirts, Ghongadi and Jen-Ghongadi(T&C*).
- No Replacement Policy for Book.
Return and Refund Policy
If you want to return the parcel after receiving it from us, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- There are Return and Refund Policy for Statuette, Photo Frame, T-shirts and Ghongadi(Woolen Blanket).
- There is No Return and Refund Policy for the Book and Jen-Ghongadi.

- आम्हाला आपली Order मिळाल्यानंतर २ ऱ्या दिवशी आम्ही ती Order Shipping करण्यासाठी पाठवतो.
- त्यामुळे तुम्ही Order केल्यांनतर २ दिवसांच्या आत तुमची Order Cancel करू शकता.

आमच्याकडून पार्सल तुम्हाला भेटल्यानंतर जर तो पाठवलेला Item Depictive असेल किंवा इतर कारणावास्तव तुम्हाला Replacement करून हवा असेल तर तुम्ही पार्सल भेटल्यानंतर ७ दिवसांच्या आत कळवणे आवश्यक आहे.
- Statuette, Photo Frame, T-shirts, घोंगडी आणि धनगरी जेन(T&C*) साठी Replacement Policy आहेत.
- Book साठी Replacement Policy नाही.
